Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
The National Regulations require each service to prepare and maintain a Quality Improvement Plan to ensure the service continues to improve and push service quality towards best practice.

The aim of a QIP is to help us self-assess our performance in delivering quality education and care, and to plan future improvements.

The QIP also helps regulatory authorities with assessing the quality of our service during the assessment and ratings visit.
