Once you receive your enrolment pack in the mail, we ask that you complete it and return it to us as soon as possible.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email [email protected] or call us on 02)6947 2462

To support families to enrol at Tumut Community Preschool, the following process has been developed:

- complete and submit an enrolment interest form if you would like us to provide you with an enrolment pack by mail, alternatively you can collect an enrolment pack from our enrolment box located at our front gate.
- complete and return to us by placing it into our locked mailbox at the front of the Preschool.
- provide a current Immunisation History Statement
- provide a medical condition action plan (from your doctor) for medical conditions such as asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, or allergies
- provide us with a copy of your health care card if you have one (we need this for our funding requirements)

Children will be offered a placement if available once all documentation is returned to Preschool.  All information is strictly confidential and is securely stored and controlled.  If any details on the enrolment form change during your child's time at preschool, please let our management staff know as soon as possible.
