Staffing -
Tumut Preschool is fortunate to have a team of highly qualified, professional, experienced and dedicated staff.    We pride ourselves on attracting and retaining the best educators and highly value our team.  Developing our staff is a priority and we ensure that each year staff development goals are determined and met.
In addition, we have a higher ratio of educators to children than the regulations require and 95% of our staff hold Diploma or Degree level qualifications.
We are proud of our team and model respectful and considerate interactions with each other.
We insist that our staff are treated with respect and consideration by all people who come into the Centre.

(Children will be allocated into one of three rooms that will be their room for the entire year.  Each room has separate facilities and small child numbers to educator ratio.  Our rooms are named after the Wiradjuri words that represent the meaning of preschool to the children who have attended here in the past:
Gindhay (playful)
Girra Girra (happy)
Malayarr (friendship)
